  • Booking and Reservations

    Booking and reserving a rental at The Curated Crafty Co. is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your rental, please request a quote and check availability by completing our reservation form. This ensures your chosen items and event dates are held exclusively for you. We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    No minimum order means you can start bringing your ideas to life without any constraints. Whether you're launching a business, turning a hobby into a passion project, or sharing a creative endeavor with the world, every detail counts. At The Curated Crafty Co., we provide the flexibility and personalized touch you need to tell your story authentically. From custom gifts to event rentals and planning, we help you craft an experience that reflects your unique vision—no minimum required.

  • Deposits and Payments

    A 50% deposit is required to secure and hold your booking.

    Payments can be made conveniently through Zelle, CashApp, or Cash. The remaining rental balance is due 3 days before the event. For custom gifts, full payment must be made once the design has received your final approval.

  • Rental Periods & Pricing

    Rentals are available on a daily basis. We will promptly pick up the rental item at the agreed upon pick up date and time to ensure a smooth and convenient return process.

  • Damages & Liability

    If an item is damaged or lost during the rental period, we will charge the renter 50% of the total replacement cost to cover part of the expense. We carefully inspect all our equipment and verify that each piece is in good working condition before it is delivered to ensure a seamless experience.

    A refundable security deposit may apply to certain items; This would be noted in your invoice.

  • Delivery & Setup

    We deliver to most areas with in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties.

    All tent rentals must be set up on a lawn area and securely anchored to the ground to ensure stability and safety. The renter is responsible for completing the setup and takedown of tents unless they have chosen to add the additional setup and takedown service. Please let us know if you want to add this service when booking.

  • Other Services

    Additional services include an initial design consultation for parties and events, providing personalized guidance to bring your vision to life. We also offer recommendations for trusted vendors to complement your event needs, ensuring a seamless planning experience. Furthermore, we can suggest venues that best accommodate your specific requirements, helping to create the perfect setting for your celebration.

  • Cancellations & Changes

    Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event may receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. Orders can be changed up to 48 business hours before the scheduled delivery, subject to availability. Please plan accordingly to ensure your changes can be accommodated.

  • Tip For Customers

    We strongly recommend placing your order early and reviewing our rental policies to ensure a smooth experience.

Terms & Conditions

  • By renting equipment from The Curated Crafty Co. LLC (“Company”), the customer (“Renter”) agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions. This agreement is binding upon signature or payment and applies to all rentals including party tents, tables, chairs, and miscellaneous items.cription text goes here

    • Rental begins at the time of delivery or pickup and ends at the agreed return time.

    • Late returns may incur additional fees.

    • Full payment is due at delivery.

    • A refundable security deposit may be required.

    • Cancellation within 48 hours of the event may result in forfeiture of deposit.

    • Renter agrees to use all equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.

    • Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items during the rental period.

    • No modifications or alterations may be made to the equipment.

    • Children are to be under parental supervision during play.

  • Renter acknowledges that use of rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or death. By entering into this agreement, Renter voluntarily assumes all risks and agrees to the following:

    • Release of Liability: Renter releases and holds harmless The Curated Crafty Co. LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising out of or related to the use of rented equipment, including those caused by ordinary negligence.

    • Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and defend The Curated Crafty Co. LLC against any claims brought by third parties arising from Renter’s use or misuse of the equipment.

    • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall The Curated Crafty Co. LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limiyed to propperty damage, injury or death.

    ⚖️ Note: This waiver does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct, in accordance with Florida law

    • Renter is responsible for monitoring weather conditions and ensuring safe use of tents and outdoor equipment.

    • The Company is not liable for damage caused by weather, wind, or environmental factors.

    • Delivery fees may apply based on location.

    • Setup services are available upon request and subject to additional charges.

    • Renter must ensure clear access and safe conditions for delivery and setup.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate any rental agreement at its discretion due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or breach of contract.

  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

  • By submitting payment, Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the waiver of liability.
